  • Objetive of the prize:

The companies and its environs have experienced unprecedented changes from the last half century. In fact, new forms of competition and cooperation, models and revolutionary business practices or changes in the design of organizations that have rethought their processes and information systems, are recurring themes in the most innovative business forums.

In parallel, these profound business changes have unleashed huge expectations in value creation, but also some concerns about the impacts that may occur in industrial sectors, firms and society.

Therefore, study and reflection are opened to a very varied range of issues of corporate policy, which may lead to the XXI century society toward dynamics of vicious or virtuous circle. For this reason, the Foundation finds the importance of fostering the discussion of these subjects and disseminating their findings.
