La Fundación everis tiene nacionalidad española y naturaleza jurídica privada, y se ha constituido en Madrid, mediante Escritura Pública otorgada ante Notario, el día 23 de marzo de 2001.
La Fundación everis persigue el interés general y carece de ánimo de lucro. La Fundación se regirá por la voluntad de su fundador, por las disposiciones que en interpretación de aquella voluntad fije su Patronato y por lo establecido en la legislación española de Fundaciones.
La inscripción de la Escritura Pública en el Registro de Fundaciones (Artículo 3.1 de la Ley 30/1994 de 24 de Noviembre) se ha realizado con fecha 4 de julio de 2001.
Organigrama
The Council has maximum authority for the representation, administration and allocation of the Foundation’s capital (Section II, Article 10 of the Articles of Association).
In addition, and in order to ensure optimum efficiency, the Council has created the position of Secretary General (Section II, Article 13 of the Articles of Association).
