DMR Consulting constitutes a source of accumulated active, relevant and updated knowledge of Information Technologies and their applications. The Company is extremely aware of its social responsibilities and is firmly convinced that its major contribution to society has to be the diffusion of the knowledge it has developed and accumulated through its experience as a consultancy firm.

The DMR Consulting Foundation is a private legal entity registered in Spain, which was formally constituted by means of a deed in the presence of a Notary Public in Madrid, on 23 March 2001.
The DMR Consulting Foundation was set up in the general interests and is a non-profit making organisation. The Foundation is to be governed in accordance with the wishes of its founder, the terms and conditions determined by its Council in the interpretation of the aforementioned wishes and by the stipulations regarding Foundations included in Spanish legislation.
The Public Document was incorporated into the Foundations Register (Article 3.1 of Act 30/1994 dated 24 November) on 4 July 2001.
