everis Foundation has private legal nature, and it was established in Madrid, Spain, by public deed executed before Notary Public, on March 23th, 2001.

This nonprofit organization, which pursues the general interest, is governed by the will of its founder, the requirements of that will set by the Board and by the provisions of Spanish Foundations law.

Registration of the Deed is in the Foundations Register (Article 3.1 of Law 30/1994 of November 24th) was performed on 4 July 2001.

Organogram

The board is the highest body of government, representation, management and disposition of the assets of the Foundation (Title II, Article 10 of the Statutes).

The board, which can comprise up to twelve people, is initially composed of:
